A new Civic Village bring new public and cultural life to downtown Yorba Linda by 2020.

We’re very excited to be moving forward on a join use civic campus in downtown Yorba Linda, California. A new 45,000 SF library and 14,000 SF community arts center, separated by a paseo of outdoor rooms and performance spaces, is entering Design Development, with estimated final completion for 2020.

“It’s a very, very well thought out and beautifully designed project. I think it’s a project that really fits the community’s needs and desires as it relates to a new Yorba Linda library and arts center.”

– David Brantley, Yorba Linda Director of Community Development

“We are thrilled to be able to give the community what they’ve asked for and deserve in a new library: expanded book collections, a quiet reading area, lots of comfortable seating, improved lighting, study rooms, a teen space with a dedicated study room, a light-filled, dividable community room, a larger storytime theater, more parking and improved technology and Wi-Fi, with many more places to plug in their gadgets.”

– Carrie Lixey, Director, Yorba Linda Public Library
