SENIOR PROJECT ARCHITECT
Award-winning Bay Area architecture, interior design and planning firm has career opportunities in the design of public architecture.
Requirements for this position include an architectural license and at least 10 years of experience as a project architect or project manager for non-residential projects with construction budgets of $5 million to $50 million. Candidates must have:
- a thorough understanding of building codes, construction documents preparation, bidding, and construction administration;
- a high degree of proficiency with computer-aided graphic communication tools, including AutoCAD/Revit, and word processing and spreadsheet software;
- demonstrated ability to work with project consultants and clients; and
- strong written and oral communication skills.
Above all we are looking for candidates who are experienced technical leaders and are committed to excellence in contract documents as well as all aspects of design.
