Marin County Free Library Services and Facilities Vision Plan

Group 4 worked with Page + Moris and the Marin County Free Library to develop a long-term vision for the 11-branch system that serves approximately half of Marin County’s quarter million residents. The planning process included facility evaluations, community needs analysis, development of recommendations for both short-term and long-term improvements, implementation planning, evaluation of funding opportunities, and extensive community participation. Group 4 also led a strategic visioning workshop that brought together community leaders to examine population and service trends in Marin County and to envision the future of the Marin County Free Library.
