The South San Francisco Conference Center is an adaptive reuse of an existing concrete warehouse. The 14,400 sf grand ballroom can be subdivided into six soundproofed salons, allowing excellent flexibility for various meeting sizes and configurations. The second major meeting space divides in half to accommodate smaller meetings. A full service kitchen provides complete banquet support for social functions.

The glass-enclosed atrium admits copious natural light, illuminating the new grand lobby and interior spaces. At night, the atrium serves as a highly-visible glowing beacon, making the conference center one of South San Francisco’s signature buildings.
