Group 4 assisted the City of Palo Alto in planning its near-term and long-term facility needs, and provided planning, programming, and design services for several Palo Alto city departments located in a 12-story office tower in the downtown Palo Alto area. We also planned and designed Palo Alto’s new Development Center, which houses building, planning, public works and fire marshal representatives and offers the public a consolidated permit review center.
