MASTER PLANNING
Group 4's master plans are responsive to the unique communities they serve. Regardless of service area size or the number of facilities contemplated, our interactive process effectively incorporates broad-based input and builds support for plan recommendations.
The planning tools and materials we use to collect and analyze community information include user surveys, public meetings, service area and library use pattern mapping, and graphic presentations of service needs and facility issues. Our team is highly skilled in using GIS to inform the planning process, and our maps illustrate how actual use may vary from planned service areas.
"Their product is of incredible quality. Every time I talk with other libraries that need a master plan I always recommend Group 4."
