  1. Quality Control Our quality control process ensures effective coordination of information throughout the design and construction process. We take a proactive approach to producing excellent contract documents and providing timely and decisive advice to the client and the contractor.
  2. Cost Control We monitor costs continually throughout the process, as the effect of revisions on the budget tend to increase dramatically as the project progresses. We have repeatedly demonstrated our ability to accurately estimate the cost of a building project and to work within those parameters.
  3. Schedule Management We use the project schedule as an important and highly effective tool for communicating deadlines, controlling project costs, and maintaining efficient work flow.
