DAVID M. SCHNEE AIA AICP LEED - Principal

David’s designs are as diverse as the clients he serves. Each project reflects and celebrates unique qualities of site, program, and community. In each he artistically combines space and light with a keen sensitivity to how people use and experience their environments. He has been incorporating sustainable practices into his projects for nearly three decades including earth sheltered, solar, and nearly a dozen LEED_tm projects to date.

David’s planning work is rooted in the view that the success of a project is determined before the designing begins, with site selection, programming, and setting of budgets. He brings the same creativity and problem solving of his architectural projects to every planning project.

Collaboration is central to David's approach; he is equally adept at sketching solutions around a table, facilitating a visioning workshop, and making compelling presentations to large audiences. David has an abiding curiosity, optimistic spirit, and love for a challenge. He is very proud of his work-to-date but is even more excited about his current and future projects.
